I’ve heard of foundation and concealer but I don’t have a clue what they are or do and I don’t know when or how to apply them and if there is anything else I need to apply before or after. So what do I use in what order to make my circles “disappear”, and how do I tell what shade is mine?

Funny that the Bush twins went to public school but Obama’s go to a private school. At least Bush did not deny other children that same choice.
My children all went to private schools at MY expense. I still pay school taxes and would never deny another child that same opportunity.

*John, I have many liberal friends, it that matters. I still feel that all children can learn if given the opportunity at school. Public schools in my area have 35 to 40 kids in a class. My daughters school has a max limit of 18 per class. 10% of the children who go there are given scholarships that are donated by parents. They are great kids who would otherwise be forced into public schools. That said, their parents are just as wonderful and care about their child’s education. I totally understand what you are saying.
