I just recieved a traffic violation ticket (failing to make a complete stop at a stop sign). I really should have reviewed the ticket more closely before I signed it, because after reviewing the ticket minutes later I realized the cop (I assume intentionally) miswrote the ticket.
The setting was a community college campus at night just before 8pm, with almost zero cars on the road. On the ticket he checked the box for “medium traffic” and the other box “AM” making it look as if it were the morning, and hence the more busy time of day for the school. Now I know there’s no way to undo this now, and even if I could it would probably help me very little if at all, but for future reference; hypothetically if a similar situation were to happen again, do I have the right to not sign the ticket untill the officer corrects the mistake?
It sounds like an obvious ‘Yes!’ but part of me feels like the would be a potential ‘grey’ area, where an officer can use my refusal as grounds for an arrest or someother penalty. Any info would be great, thanks!

We need about 450 sq. feet total. There’s a simple kitchen dining room rectangle. But then there is a sort of lower case “h” shaped area attached which makes up the foyer and washer dryer area. The existing floating sheet vinyl has seams which I don’t like, so I don’t want that again. I like the idea of floating installation for ease of replacement in the future. I have kids in and out and a dog. I need something durable, low gloss but non skid. And I want it to resemble stone or tile, not wood. Also we’re planning on having it installed, so dyi isn’t an issue. I’ve been reading reviews, but am hoping for more. Thanks.

arizona’s immigration law is wrong and its discriminating! why cant others see that! if i was driving around arizona the police can pull me over and ask for proof of ID for no reason! and if someone didnt have any thne they will get deported immediately!

any person can accuse someone being illegal by just their color of their skin! and nothing else!
i mean if there was a white person the police wont bother checking for any documents because they are going to believe that hes legal but that white person could be an illegal from Canada, Australia or Europe!

arizona’s immigration law is wrong and its discriminating! why cant others see that! if i was driving around arizona the police can pull me over and ask for proof of ID for no reason! and if someone didnt have any thne they will get deported immediately!
i read that the bill wont tolerate any racism but what makes you believe that wont happen!?
any person can accuse someone being illegal by just their color of their skin! and nothing else!
i mean if there was a white person the police wont bother checking for any documents because they are going to believe that hes legal but that white person could be an illegal from Canada, Australia or Europe!

when i was in the 8th grade and 14 years old i had a teacher who was extremely racist to hispanics he gaved us lectures how we all are criminals and how we should go back to our countries! he even gave us an extremely racist political cartoon about people crossing the boarder!
i just dont understand why we cant give these people who come here for a better life a second chance!
and please dont give that they are all illegally here and they dont belong here!

I just recieved a traffic violation ticket (failing to make a complete stop at a stop sign). I really should have reviewed the ticket more closely before I signed it, because after reviewing the ticket minutes later I realized the cop (I assume intentionally) miswrote the ticket.
The setting was a community college campus at night just before 8pm, with almost zero cars on the road. On the ticket he checked the box for “medium traffic” and the other box “AM” making it look as if it were the morning, and hence the more busy time of day for the school. Now I know there’s no way to undo this now, and even if I could it would probably help me very little if at all, but for future reference; hypothetically if a similar situation were to happen again, do I have the right to not sign the ticket untill the officer corrects the mistake?

Now I know there’s no way to undo this now, and even if I could it would probably help me very little if at all, but for future reference; hypothetically if a similar situation were to happen again, do I have the right to not sign the ticket untill the officer corrects the mistake?
It sounds like an obvious ‘Yes!’ but part of me feels like the would be a potential ‘grey’ area, where an officer can use my refusal as grounds for an arrest or someother penalty. Any info would be great, thanks!

I own an average sized pitbull that I let loose in my yard at night to guard against intruders (humans,dogs,possums,cats whatever).I also have a security camera around the premises.What I have witnessed surprised me.I reviewed the film because every night when I was sleeping a screaming screetching sound woke me up,it wasn’t everynight,it was every other day.I have 2 small children and I have a little playground and a sand box in the backyard.What the video recorded was a total of 15 murders.My dog is a “Serial Killer”.He waited everynight at around 2-3 AM for cats to come in to the sandbox which cats love to do. Once the cats where taking a dump and not paying attention to their surroundings,my dog slowly creeped up to them and pounced on them,after he delivered a fatal blow he ate them all but the bones and fur.Of course he didn’t kill all 15 cats in one night,it was during a 1month span.I never review my recorded videos because my dog is always guarding but after hearing so many noises late at night I decided to check my computer and look back at last months videos and that’s what I saw.Out of all the 15 cats he stalked only 1 got away.It was an orange one but 8 days later that same one came into the yard and this time he killed it.What can I do,there are dozens of flyers all over the street signs with “Cat Lost” or “Pet Missing”.I always saw the flyers when I walked my pitbull but I red them and didn’t think much of it,now after seeing my videos I realized that my dog is probably responsible for every single one of them.What should I do? We need about 450 sq. feet total. There’s a simple kitchen dining room rectangle. But then there is a sort of lower case “h” shaped area attached which makes up the foyer and washer dryer area. The existing floating sheet vinyl has seams which I don’t like, so I don’t want that again. I like the idea of floating installation for ease of replacement in the future. I have kids in and out and a dog. I need something durable, low gloss but non skid. And I want it to resemble stone or tile, not wood. Also we’re planning on having it installed, so dyi isn’t an issue. I’ve been reading reviews, but am hoping for more. Thanks.
