I stretch everyday but I still don’t have my splits so I cant do a heel stretch, my back flexibility is okay and my shoulder flexibility is bad. I am a cheerleader and since I’m small, I am a flyer , I could base but I would need someone smaller than me! and I would like to be able to do at least my heel stretch and have good flexibility is good to have anyways!

In the packaging of the unit there’s a flyer that states editing is easy, you can change scene sequencing, etc. and implies that titles or chapters could be rearranged in the order you prefer. The Panasonic website has been incessantly out of order (or something) so I can’t get any info on this. I’m using DVD-RAM discs as recommended for this unit, and dubbing VHS home movies onto it. Any info anyone can provide would be much appreciated.

  6. Elinor Tuten says:

In Men In Black there is a song that is playing when they are driving around in the MIB-mobile for the first time. Ya know, Will Smith’s character pushes the button he is not supposed to push. It sends the car into hyperdrive. Anyway, it sounds like Elvis and the opening line is (I think), “Left my home in Norfolk Virginia, Carolina on my mind”. I have checked the MIB soundtrack and looked on various Elvis albums but no luck. Any ideas?

  12. Sonia Gourley says:

I was today, and it really changed my attitude toward the world of motorists. This is what happened; I was riding my bike to school this morning to take a History test. When I arrived at the cross street that my school resides, I pushed the “request to walk” button on the light pole, and after I recieved my walking man sign I attempted to simply cross the street. Then a completely oblivious old lady almost slowly crushed me while I was pinned on my bike. She was not too old, about 50-55, and she was looking at the guy on the median handing out church flyers, instead of looking forward. She creeped to a short-lived stop on the big white line, and began to creep forward more. Before I knew it her car was pushing me over, and about to (slowly) roll right over me. The only reason this lady FINALLY stopped was because in my rage I began to pound the crap out of her hood. I went to her window, and commanded, “ROLL YOUR F*CK’N WINDOW DOWN”. The next sound I heard was the doors lock!
What gets me is that she wouldn’t even crack her window to see if I was alright. I know I can be intimidating when angry, but come on I was just almost crushed to death. Don’t you think checking to see if the person you just hit is OK would of been the first RIGHT thing to do in a long list to come?

Luckly I wasn’t hurt, but she bent my front wheel and I have to pay for that.
I didn’t know that my bike was damaged untill I rode it for awhile. I wish I had made her call the police. Then I would make her insurance fix it (although it will be cheap to fix).

I understand that some bikers are oblivious, and that really hurts the bikers cause. I am very conscience when I ride I keep track of everyone around me, but if I had the cross sign I had to assume that she was just rolling to a stop.

I was walking my dog and there was a sign on the grass (I live in a townhouse). The sign said “Not picking up? You are being watched! Dog feces spread disease.” I always pick up after my dog. Even so, I HATE my neighbors policing what I do. One loser even went thru the recyclabes, got my address from a flyer that was in there, and wrote a nasty note on my door about recycling.

I use an online flyer creator to create flyers for my business.. it creates nice flyers in PDF format. I use Adobe CS2 to open the PDF file (which must convert to another format?)and edit it to my liking, adding or subtracting what I like.. So in order to get the edit back into PDF format I must print to PDF.. When I do this, whether or not I have edited at all.. I lose quality.. I can open a PDF in Photoshop CS2 and it looks great, w/o editing.. I print to PDF and the result is horrible.. what can I do?

The Panasonic website has been incessantly out of order (or something) so I can’t get any info on this. I’m using DVD-RAM discs as recommended for this unit, and dubbing VHS home movies onto it.

Any ideas?
