Im a 16 year old boy who lives in the midwest united states and ive always wanted to be a famous actor. people told me in order to be famous i have to land a major role in a popular show or movie but to do that i have to start on minor roles and stuff. but i dont know where to start. how do i start acting in the first place? like how do i get a minor role? im so lost. i dont even know where to start.

I am looking for a decent video head unit for my 350z and it has to be a built in screen(double din) because the ones that flip out will go infront of my nav system. I have converted a music video to mp4 format and tested it on my PC and it works fine. I have then plugged my USB cable into my PSP and PC and dropped the video onto my PSP but when I disconnect from the USB cable there are no videos under the video heading on my PSP on my memory card. My friend thinks that he is better at singing than he really is and I think he needs to be told the truth?
My friend thinks that he is a really good singer and performer and loves Broadway and has a You Tube page where he sings and reviews shows. He is graduating from his small Illinois High School at the end of this year in May 2014 (the same school that I went to). I have been in the Theatre program at The Cincinnati Conservatory for Music for 3 years now and am excelling.
He is the golden-boy of his small town school’s theater program and is soon going to do auditions for college theatre departments and even local professional productions in Chicago. The problem is that he is being coddled and praised by the theatre teachers and parents and yet I know from my experience that he is being lied to and is not anywhere near good enough to get his hopes shattered and turned to mud. People are lying and I can’t believe that the choir director and theatre teacher are setting him up like this and not telling the honest truth. It even has gone to his head. It is OK to get praise but I really am afraid that he might not take the criticism well.
I really care about my friend and someone has to be honest to him… I have attached a video of his singing:

i recently bought a new dvd recorder/vcr and when i record to the vcr the picture on my tv is distorted but when i play back a vhs tape recorded on another vcr it plays fine. would it have something to do with my video heads? do they need to be cleaned and how much is it to repair? the dvd recorder works perfectly fine.
i’m not talking about the dvd recorder. i’m talking about the vcr part.
